Learners
In this training you will work independently on 7 useful skills in the profession of home helpers, at your own pace, and train as many times as necessary through courses, videos and quizzes.
You can choose through which skill you want to start with, there is no order. Each skill is divided into 3 or 4 levels, however, for the same skill; you will only be able to move to the next level if you have validated the previous one.
For each validated level, you will obtain a star and then a badge when you have validated all the levels of a skill.
The other 5 competencies of the AEFA framework will be addressed in groups and you will be accompanied by a trainer.
